What's the difference between a team sponsor and a tournament placement?
A team sponsor (see our fundraising guide) appears on one team's cards, for one family's audience. A tournament placement is bigger: the sponsor's name rides along on cards across every team at your event, all weekend — a much wider footprint that only an organizer can offer, since no single team controls it.
Do we need to set anything up in advance?
No software to install. Offer Pull My Card as a free registration perk, tell teams it's available, and we handle the rest. If you've lined up an event sponsor who wants the wider placement, send us their name and offer and we'll get it live before your first puck drop or opening whistle.
Does this cost the organizer anything?
Offering Pull My Card to your teams is free. Selling an event-wide sponsor placement is a conversation with us — reach out and we'll walk through it for your event.
Who keeps the sponsorship revenue?
That's set per event when we talk — some organizers keep it as event revenue, some split it back to participating teams. Either way, it's new money that a rink banner or a program-page logo was never going to raise.
